Code Description Cash Price Private Charge Plans
The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services’ (“CMS”) Hospital Price Transparency Final Rule, requires from hospitals to provide clear and accessible pricing information online about the items and services they provide. Each Hospital is required to make this information available in two ways: (1) as a comprehensive machine-readable file with all items and services, and (2) in a display of shoppable services in a consumer-friendly format.
